Who we are

Rouge Pilates operates rougepilates.com and two studios in Gatineau: 178 Gréber Blvd., unit 5, and 425 La Vérendrye Blvd. East. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Information we collect

Website forms

When you fill out a form (sign-up, contact), we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, email and, depending on the form, your Pilates experience, age range, schedule preferences and comments.

We use it to respond to your request, adapt our class offering and, only if you consented, send you information about Rouge Pilates.

Bookings and client accounts

Bookings, payments and client accounts are handled by Mindbody, which applies its own privacy policy.

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use the following cookies:

Sharing your information

We never sell your information. We share it only with the providers needed for our services: our website host, Mindbody (bookings) and Meta (only if you accepted advertising cookies).

Retention and security

Form information is kept as long as needed for the purposes above, then for no more than 24 months. Access is limited to the Rouge Pilates team members who need it.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• request access to your personal information;
• request that it be corrected or deleted;
• withdraw your consent, including to communications from Rouge Pilates.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change.
