Personalised support, alone, with a partner or in a small group, fully adapted to your pace, your level and your goals — on mat or Reformer. Also ideal for events, parties or team buildings, up to 15 people.

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

Everything you need to choose your Rouge option.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel a class free of charge through your account at least 8 hours before it starts. A later cancellation or a no-show results in the loss of the class credit, with no refund. This policy covers classes; check your contract for membership termination terms.

Can I use my membership at both studios?

Mat memberships cover Mat sessions at Gréber and Labrosse. Reformer sessions take place at Labrosse. The Hybrid membership includes unlimited Mat at both studios and 2 Reformer sessions per week at Labrosse.

Which option should I choose as a beginner?

A single class lets you try the practice before choosing a membership. To attend regularly, choose the frequency that fits your routine: 4x per month, 8x per month or unlimited. You can also contact us for guidance.

What is the minimum commitment?

Mat 4x and 8x per month, Reformer and Hybrid plans have a minimum 3-month commitment. The unlimited Mat plan has a minimum 1-year commitment. Membership prices are monthly.

Is equipment provided?

For Mat, mats, weights, balls and bands are provided. Bring water, a small towel and comfortable clothes. Grip socks are required for Reformer.
