Not at all! Our classes are open to all levels. Our instructors always offer options to adapt to your pace and needs.
A water bottle, a small towel, comfortable clothes and grip socks if you like. Everything else (mat, weights, balls, bands, etc.) is provided by the studio. No more mat rental fees or forgetting your gear!
Each class has its own style and intensity — from gentler (Rosé) to more cardio-focused (Écarlate). You can check the full description of our classes to choose the one that best matches your goals.
We recommend arriving about 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to settle in, prepare your space and begin the session relaxed. Please note that the door is locked once class begins, so arriving on time is essential.

Yes, but with certain precautions. Always inform your instructor about your situation so they can offer safe and appropriate modifications. In some cases, a medical opinion might be recommended.
Policies
As spots are limited, we recommend booking your class in advance via our online platform.
At Rouge Pilates, an 8-hour cancellation policy is in effect.
You may cancel a class free of charge, directly online via your account, provided that the cancellation is made at least 8 hours before the start of the session.
Any cancellation made less than 8 hours before class, as well as any no-show without prior cancellation, will result in the loss of the corresponding credit, which will automatically be deducted from the client's account.
No refunds are issued in either of the above cases. Only account credits may be granted, in accordance with this cancellation policy.
